What is this program?
This program is a program that has been launched since 25 June 2020, by the Government of Cambodia, to alleviate the hardships of the people affected by Covid-19, especially the poor and vulnerable people with low incomes.

Where does this program apply?
Poor households with equity cards are:
- Kampong Chhnang Province: Teuk Phos District, 7 communes
- Preah Vihear province, 11 communes, Rovieng district, 11 communes
Who is this program for?
Poor families with valid equity cards (type 1 and 2)
and went to verify their names at the commune/Sangkat halls.
What are the benefits of the program?
Poor families will receive the cash support in the following areas:

How can you benefit from the program?
First stage
• Poor family members with equity cards must go to verify their names at the commune/Sangkat hall of any commune. In case, the equity card does not have a photo, they must bring with them Khmer identity card, family book, or residence book. In case they are not able to come and verify their names, They can send their legal representative recognized by the commune/Sangkat to verify their name on their behalf.
Next stage
• During the verification at the commune Sangkat, the poor family members will be notified of the total monthly cash support, date of the next payment, the payment at Wing agents, bringing with them the equity card when withdrawing the money.
• The following month, any poor family members named in the card can got to withdraw the money at any Wing agents, bringing with them the equity card. The Wing Bank’s agent must verify the bank account number by equity card number, and the beneficiary enters their account password by themselves and takes photos of the beneficiaries holding equity cards, then upload the photos into the information management technology system before giving money to them. Note: The poor family members cannot allow anyone other than the family members named on the card or a legal representative recognized by the commune/Sangkat to withdraw the allowance on their behalf. In case of violation, they will be liable before the law is in force.
