What is this program?
This program is a social assistance program funded by the Royal Government of Cambodia in contributing and response to healthcare issues and the nutrition of pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children.

How can you benefit from the program?
To benefit from the program:
• Pregnant women need to register for this program at the commune/Sangkat halls near where they live while bringing with them the equity card or priority card and maternal health book. Women will receive a Wing card immediately after successful registration and then they will receive the money instantly, while they can withdraw that money at all Wing agents nationwide.
• Children under 2 years old from poor families must bring a child health book (yellow card). In case the children under 2 years old haven’t registered for the program, the parents or guardian must take them to the commune/Sangkat halls for the registration.

What should pregnant women and children do to get cash support?
Next stage
Pregnant women need to go for regular check-ups when receiving medical services at a public health facility by following the appointment from the medical staff. They should bring with them the maternal health book or child health card and bank account card.
(After medical examination, the beneficiary can withdraw the money from the Wing agent everywhere in the country).
Message: The cash support received should be used to buy healthy food for mothers and children. Do not use it to buy baby formula for the children. Breast milk is the best food for a baby in the first 1,000 days of life.
