What is this program?
This program is launched by the Royal Government of Cambodia when facing the rising commodity prices and food on the market. This affects the lives of people living near the poverty line and is vulnerable to health problems, malnutrition, job loss, and other hardships.

What do you need to do to get into this program?
- During the interview, the head of the household or the representative of the head of the household must have a Khmer Nationality Identity Card, which is used as cash payout.
In case the family does not have a Khmer Nationality Identity Card:
- The head of the family will be issued a certificate with a photo of the head of the household for the payment of allowances.
Note: This program does not allow families with valid equity cards to withdraw the cash support.
How can you benefit from the program?
The purpose of this program is to alleviate the living problems of the people, at a time of crisis caused by the spread of Covid-19 disease, the price of commodities and food increased which affects the livelihood of poor and vulnerable families.
